Moreover, they cannot explain the breakdown of the Php 1000 charge when i was only previously informed that my laptop only needed rebooting and a bit of cleaning. > > I availed their services and left my laptop with their team as I was informed that the checking would take some time and I had another appointment to attend to. I left my laptop with utmost confidence as their Statech SM Seaside office have always delivered results and did not breach my trust. Their team later called on the same day informing me that my laptop may already be picked up as the screen already works. I cannot trust that your team did not check files/emails or other personal documents considering their actions.
