> I brought my phone in because it wouldn’t turn on. While it was with them, we noticed that my Facebook account and another account logged into the phone showed activity that looked like someone was switching between the accounts.

> When we asked, they said they only opened Facebook to test the internet connection. But they could have simply used the browser instead of accessing my personal accounts.

> After picking up my phone, Messenger showed that one of my accounts had been logged in just 1 day ago while the phone was still in their possession. This raised serious privacy concerns for me. Please be careful when leaving your devices for repair cause they have no accountability. Ga katawa2 pa ang ga atubang namo as if we’re stupid. It showed log in at 10pm and their excuse was close na sila. So most probably, they brought the phone with them.

> We repaired an iPhone 13 Pro Max because the LCD was broken. We returned it after 3 hours and then noticed after a few days that the battery was quickly low and then it was getting hot. We checked with another iPhone tech, they said the battery was replaced. This shop stole the 100% battery and replaced it with 85%. Do not trust 🤚

I took the keyboard back to another technician and they fixed it right away. It was even more frustrating because there were still parts that were not returned to me when I returned the unit. It was a waste of time, there was no clear result, and the whole process was very confusing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop at all.

> Do not fall for their scheme. Despite knowing all the flaws, they adjust the price again on the spot. Claiming that a reset takes two hours, they wait until other businesses close, perform the reset, and then haggle over the price once more. It makes no sense that a reset takes two hours. A MacBook reset, including reinstallation, takes only 30 minutes without any issues. I recommend avoiding this place, but if you still intend to use it, I advise you not to leave your seat and to watch everything closely, and to reach an agreement on everything before the reset. They seem to think that haggling is easy after the reset because the customer has no choice. I watched the owner and the employee talk on the phone several times, but the owner deceives the customer by acting as if he knows nothing. I pay my respects to the owner of "statech" for giving me the worst possible experience. May you become rich doing business like that.

We already called out the attention of the technician and staffs that were involved in this matter. From what we understand, it seems there was a bit of a misunderstanding and miscommunication from our staffs. We would like to clear it up, our staffs gave you the repair cost amounting to P1,200 and they forgot to tell you the cost for the replacement service which is P1,800. The technician assumed that you wanted the repair service of your power switch that is why he gave you the last price of P1,000. Again, we are sorry about the confusion and inconvenience.
